Are you running your own business? Whether you are a Work at Home Mum (WAHM) or work out of home, it can be lonely at the top.
The answer to this is coaching. A lot of coaches are expensive, especially if it is one on one coaching, and out of reach for many business mums. Group Coaching could well be the answer you are looking for.
A couple of years ago, I met Peter Johnson, just as he was starting Time Retrievers, and have had group coaching with him and his wife, Suzanne. These groups are fantastic. At the start of each quarter, we sit down and set our goals for the next 90 days, including financial goals. As this is a session with others, there is the opportunity to bounce ideas off others.
Following this, we work to our goals. Each month, we meet for 3 hours with our group and share our goals and achievements, spend some time learning on an area of business growth, and set our goals for the next month. There is a lot of sharing and bouncing ideas off each other, and, in the case of the group I was in, lots of laughter.
The group is a supportive environment to help you grow your business and achieve your business goals.
As a business mum, there is the temptation to hold on to that Super Mum cape even more than normal as all the tasks a business owner needs to do is added to the long list of tasks a Mum needs to do. Group Coaching from Time Retrievers is a great way to achieve your goals and help you let go of some things and keep your business growing.
